The first one was a big hit, so it’s a given that the official remix is going to be all over the radio. And I can’t let anything that features Andre 3000 pass me by.

The reason that the above picture is an old school snapshot of OutKast in stead of Big Boi’s Sir Lucious Leftfoot album cover is simple: this record isn’t going to be on the album. Not because Big Boi chose to leave it off, but rather because Jive Records won’t allow it. Big Boi’s album is being released through Def Jam, but Jive is blocking Andre 3000 from being on any song with Big Boi, claiming that OutKast is still signed to their label.

This is an outrage. Big Boi agrees. And so he turned to the internet to make sure the song was still heard. Download it for his sake (and because Big Boi and ‘Dre both smacked this Boi-1da production with some ATLien lyrical magic).
